Why This Matters

Three Things This Tells You

🎯
Your Exact Starting Point
No more guessing. Your numbers are calculated based on your specific body, metabolism, and lifestyle. Not a generic template.
⚡
What To Eat For Your Goal
Fat loss, muscle building, recomposition, or maintenance — each goal requires a different approach. This gets you the right numbers for your specific goal.
🔬
How Your Body Type Affects It
Ectomorphs, mesomorphs, and endomorphs process food differently. Your body type changes your numbers. This calculator accounts for that.

Based on the Mifflin-St Jeor equation — the most accurate BMR formula available for active adults.

How To Hit Your Numbers

Your Daily Meal Structure

Spread your macros across 4 to 5 meals. Hit protein in every single one.

6 – 8 AM — Meal 1
High Protein Breakfast
3 to 4 whole eggs plus egg whites, oats, and berries. 30 to 50g protein. Carbs for morning energy and focus.
10 – 11 AM — Meal 2
Pre-Training Fuel
Chicken breast plus rice or sweet potato 60 to 90 minutes before training. Protein and carbs to fuel your session.
1 – 2 PM — Meal 3
Post-Training Recovery
Whey protein shake plus banana immediately post workout. Full meal 60 minutes later with protein and carbs.
4 – 5 PM — Meal 4
Afternoon Meal
Salmon or ground turkey with vegetables and healthy fat. Moderate carbs. Keeps energy up through late afternoon.
7 – 8 PM — Meal 5
Evening Protein
Cottage cheese or casein protein before bed. Slow digesting protein feeds your muscles throughout the night.
